  • Free cancellation or modification need to occur 48hrs before scheduled appointment. After that, changes to the appointment will result in a charge of 50% - 100% of the service scheduled plus any applicable taxes and fees. If canceling or rescheduling within 24hrs of the appointment it is a 50% fee. Any same day cancelations or no showed appointments it is 100% of the scheduled appointment. And when booking online you will need to agree to these terms to schedule.

  • Q: Do you have the right to refuse service to clients?
    A: Yes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward our staff, or who repeatedly violates our cancellation and no-show policy.

    Q: What qualifies as mistreatment of staff?
    A: Mistreatment includes, but is not limited to:

    • Verbal abuse, yelling, or disrespectful language

    • Discriminatory remarks or behavior

    • Inappropriate conduct during services

    • Harassment of any kind

    We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our team and clients.

    Q: What counts as abuse of your cancellation policy?
    A: Abuse includes:

    • Frequent last-minute cancellations

    • Repeated no-shows

    • Habitual rescheduling without sufficient notice

    • Disregard for our posted cancellation guidelines

    We understand that emergencies happen, but consistent violations disrupt our business and prevent other clients from booking available time slots.

    Q: What happens if a client violates these policies?
    A: Depending on the situation, we may:

    • Issue a warning or reminder of our policies

    • Charge applicable late cancellation or no-show fees

    • Decline to schedule future appointments

    • Permanently remove the client from our booking system

    Q: Can I appeal a decision to refuse service?
    A: We review all decisions carefully and fairly. If you believe a situation has been misunderstood, you're welcome to contact management directly. However, our priority is the safety and well-being of our team and clients.

    Q: Where can I find your full cancellation and conduct policy?
    A: Our policies are posted on our website, in our booking confirmation emails, and available at our front desk. If you have any questions, our team is happy to clarify them for you.

  • We allow product returns with 48hrs of purchase, but they will need to be unopened and unused to receive a credit back onto your account for a future purchase. We do not offer refunds on cards or cash.

  • Liability Waiver and Release: I am aware that it is my responsibility to disclose any and all medical conditions, medications, and health related concerns to my LMP prior to receiving treatment, in order to prevent any possible health related or risk to myself. In consideration of Body Spa Holdings LLC; or their employees for any damages, including, limitation, personal or bodily injury of any kind, allergic reaction or illness that I may sustain as a result of either directly or indirectly, any spa service. I thereby waive any rights I may have to acquire or make any claim against Body Spa Holdings LLC in connection with the foregoing. I expressly release Body Spa Holdings LLC from any liability with respect there to.

    I also understand the cancelation policy and understand I may be charged 50% to 100% if I late cancel or no show my appointment. 

  • Our sauna sessions are private and when you schedule our sauna area you are the only person who would be in the sauna room.

    We offer robes and slippers but if you would like to wear a bathing suit, we are totally ok with that. Our sessions are 30-45 mins long. Refreshments are available.
